Why is Pornhub still available in Brazil?
A day after the ECA Digital took effect, g1 found Pornhub and RedTube still admitting Brazilian users on a click-through self-declaration of age, which the law forbids for pornography; Aylo said it was analysing the rules and awaiting guidance from Brazilian authorities. ANPD included Pornhub among 18 adult sites it began monitoring in June 2026. In September 2026 JOTA reported that ANPD's monitoring unit had found half of those sites lacked age verification, and the regional outlet Brasil em Folhas named Pornhub, XVideos and Fatal Model among them; ANPD has not published site-by-site findings, and its own 16 September release describes the monitoring as still under way. No restriction of Brazilian access by Aylo has been reported.
